Franchise & Business Consultancy Services • Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd provides franchise services under the brand "Aerolab". • Franchisees are granted a non-transferable, limited license to operate under the Aerolab name. • Franchisees must adhere to the guidelines, quality standards, and operational protocols set by the Company. • Any misuse of the brand name, intellectual property, or violation of franchise agreements will result in legal action. 3.4. Custom-Built Projects & Commission Work • Custom robotics, automation, and commissioned projects are developed based on client requirements. • Once a project scope is agreed upon and initiated, modifications may incur additional costs. • Intellectual Property (IP) developed for custom projects remains with Aeroman Technologies Pvt Ltd unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract. 4. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms 4.1. Order Confirmation & Acceptance • All orders placed through our website, email, or direct sales channels are subject to confirmation. • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if: o The product is out of stock. o Payment verification fails. o Fraudulent activity is suspected. 4.2. Cancellation Policy
